Plaisir du Jardin (Pty) Ltd offers a 1 (one) year warranty on goods.

Plaisir du Jardin (Pty) Ltd can only honour a warranty if:

1. The defect existed at the time of delivery to/collection by the customer and manifested during the warranty period.
2. The defect did not arise due to normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse by the customer.
3. The product is being used for the purpose intended and in a domestic/ NOT hospitality environment.
4. The customer has complied with the Care and Maintenance instruction that is given verbally or read on-line.
5. The product is assembled by Plaisir du Jardin (Pty) Ltd staff
6. Some of our European Suppliers offer a higher than the 1-year warranty on their furniture label, please note that these warranties only apply to European conditions and not to our unique regional environments.
