Plaisir du Jardin is looking for someone who loves outdoor living, beautiful spaces, and helping customers find pieces that truly suit their lifestyle.

What you’ll do
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and advice on outdoor furniture selections.
- Actively engage in sales to meet or exceed targets, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Upsell by recommending complementary items and accessories.
- Maintain a visually appealing showroom through effective visual merchandising.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, handling transactions with professionalism.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships, following up post-sale for feedback.
- Stay informed about outdoor furniture trends and industry developments.
- Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with the management team.
What we’re looking for
- Retail sales experience (furniture or décor is a bonus)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Understanding of outdoor materials, styles, and care
- Customer‑focused, team‑minded, and reliable
- Able to work weekends and holidays when needed
