Delivery

Our stores can offer delivery of items in stock to customers in their area for a nominal fee.
Should you want to purchase an item from another branch such inter-branch delivery costs will be for your account. We will, of course, assist in any way we can to arrange such transport.

Stock Availability

Plaisir du Jardin is one of the very few importers of quality products who keep a high volume of stock available at any time for the convenience of our customers. Products and ranges are carefully selected to suit our customer base in different areas. Therefore, we ask that you kindly understand that we cannot offer our full range at all of our stores. New stock is reordered in container loads from our various manufacturers according to sales for a specific area.

In light of the above, we highly recommend that you contact your nearest store to check stock availability before you set your heart on something shown on the website.

Exporting items

Should you wish to purchase something to use somewhere outside of South Africa we are unfortunately unable to provide you with a zero rated VAT invoice. We are required by law to charge VAT on all items regardless of its end destination.

Our Website Catalogue

This website is intended to give customers, current and potential, an insight into our ranges with as much information as possible. Please bear in mind that it would be impossible to provide accurate stock levels for each individual store on the website.

The website is also not intended to showcase every single item we have, as we would like you to be enticed to visit one of our showrooms and be pleasantly surprised by additional ranges and items.
